What certifications do you hold?

I have my training certification through ACE and my group training through Fit Body Boot Camp.

Do you have any specialization/areas of interest?

I am still aspiring to make it in the NFL, so my main areas of interest are Sports Performance for youth athletes and Personal Training for adults.

What is your philosophy on exercise and health?

My main focus and belief when it comes to exercise is lifting weights is vital to any type of fitness regiment. Lifting weights is a safe manner and spiking clients’ metabolic conditioning are my two main goals in every morning session.

What are your interests and hobbies outside of the gym?

Outside of training and punting, I love golfing and spending time farming. I enjoy family time and hunting.
