E.Z. has been involved in athletics his whole life and thoroughly enjoys helping people succeed at reaching their goals.

A native of Concord, North Carolina,  E.Z. played football throughout high school. He received a scholarship to Penn State University to play football for the legendary coach Joe Paterno. He was a three year starter at Penn State earning Freshman All Big Ten and All American honors in 2002.

After college EZ had a three-year professional career in the NFL, Arena Football League and Canadian Football League. He received a master’s degree in adult education from Muskingum University. During his time in grad school he served as the Defensive Line and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.

No matter where life has taken E.Z. it always comes back to athletics and helping people.
